Annual Community Service Day
  • 2022 Employee Referral Program
    NPL will reward an employee referring an applicant that is ultimately hired and retained for 90 days a referral bonus of $2,000.
  • Wellness Program
    NPL provides a company-wide wellness program that provides access to resources to support all aspects of our employees health. This program includes access to a personal wellness coach to help facilitate access to programs and resources to support all aspects of our employee physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, environmental, and occupational well being.
  • Community Service
    Each employee is eligible to receive a minimum of one (1) day off each year to pursue a community service of their choice.
  • Service Awards
    NPL recognizes those who reach anniversary milestones. Employees receive their work anniversary day off each year and a cash bonus.
  • Employee of the Month
    NPL employees nominate a staff member to receive the Employee of the Month award. This award is given to an employee that consistently demonstrates our NPL Values while delivering outstanding results. This individual will receive an engraved award and $100.
  • Employee Bonus
    In addition to base pay, each employee is eligible to receive a bonus based on the company’s overall performance as well as individual performance and goal achievement.
  • Monthly Employee Fun Event
    Each month NPL sponsors a fun event for its employees to foster community and provide time to socialize with colleagues. These events include things like tickets to sporting events, hosted dinners, Top Golf, company picnics, distillery/brewery/wine tours, Whirlyball, to name a few.
  • Birthday and Service Recognitions
    NPL publishes a monthly communication to recognize birthdays and service anniversaries.
  • College Scholarships
    NPL has established a family scholarship program for all employees who are full-time and have completed 1 year of service. For your family member to qualify, he/she must be a post-secondary applicant. Selection of winners is based on various factors such as GPA, goals, achievements, community involvement and letters of recommendation. $500 scholarships are awarded to chosen participants each year they apply
