2022 Employee Referral ProgramNPL will reward an employee referring an applicant that is ultimately hired and retained for 90 days a referral bonus of $2,000.

Wellness ProgramNPL provides a company-wide wellness program that provides access to resources to support all aspects of our employees health. This program includes access to a personal wellness coach to help facilitate access to programs and resources to support all aspects of our employee physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, environmental, and occupational well being.

Birthday and Service RecognitionsNPL publishes a monthly communication to recognize birthdays and service anniversaries.

College ScholarshipsNPL has established a family scholarship program for all employees who are full-time and have completed 1 year of service. For your family member to qualify, he/she must be a post-secondary applicant. Selection of winners is based on various factors such as GPA, goals, achievements, community involvement and letters of recommendation. $500 scholarships are awarded to chosen participants each year they apply
